I walked into math class my freshman year of college and the first thing he asked me was if I had a pencil. I gave him a yellow pencil and he never let it go. For the first couple of months I wasn't interested, but as he likes to say, the moment we met every other man became competition. He knew we were a match before I knew we would ever be together. He waited patiently, and when I finally said yes he cooked up all these plans to get me to fall in love with him. These plans however were not the reason I said yes again in November 2018. I said yes for his sarcasm, loving nature, humor, kind words, the flowers he brings me because he knows no one else will, the snacks he buys me because he knows they are my favorite, the patience he shows me in everyday life, The love he gives me, The thought he uses to consider me every day, and so much more. To this day He carries that pencil from our freshman year and everyday I give him my heart.
