The Ravines follows all state mandated guidelines in order to ensure the health and safety of all of our guests. This will be updated on our site once we get closer to our wedding date. In addition, each table will have available hand sanitizer, all catering and bar staff will be wearing masks and gloves, and masks will be available for all who request one. Sanitizing stations will also be placed throughout the venue and near restrooms.
While we are so grateful that you travelled to celebrate with us, we kindly ask that if you or anyone in your party are not feeling well, to please stay in and rest. This is to minimize any risk of potentially exposing other guests to COVID-19 who either have not been vaccinated or are determined to be high risk.
We strongly encourage anyone who is eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine as it is available to them. If this is not possible, we are requesting all guests to get tested or quarantine themselves prior to attending the wedding per CDC guidelines.
We will be following whatever the state mandated requirement for outdoor gatherings is during that time. This could potentially mean wearing a mask or socially distancing if you are not vaccinated when interacting with others. Exact guidelines will be updated on our website as we get closer to our wedding date.
We completely understand that each guest will have varying levels comfort with traveling and gathering during this time. While we will be taking every step we can to ensure the health and safety of our guests, we completely understand if guests decline our invitation due to these current circumstances. However, we kindly ask that you note this in your RSVP and send back to us by our requested deadline.
Yes! We will be having a livestream of our ceremony for those who are unable to physically attend but would still like to celebrate with us virtually! Additional details will be coming soon.
