Final payments are taken out automatically around 30 days out of departure. Your reservation includes complimentary round trip ground transportation from the airport to the resort and back if 3 or more nights are booked. There is only ONE complimentary round trip transportation PER ROOM, therefore all guests staying in a room need to arrive and depart at the same time!!! Once you have your flight information, you will need to email transfers@seasonstours.com to book your complimentary transfer. Passports are required!!! PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR PASSPORT IS VALID FOR A MINIMUM OF 6 MONTHS FROM YOUR ARRIVAL DATE! This means your passport cannot expire anytime between March - September 2026. They will not let you on the plane if it does! I cannot stress this enough!
