Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We politely request no children (outside of those in the wedding party) at the events Friday and Saturday. However, they will be welcome for breakfast on Sunday.

Are dogs allowed?

Answer

While the property does allow dogs, they are not allowed in the suites alone. Therefore, we're asking for no dogs so we don't have a bunch running around during the wedding.

What is the attire?

Answer

Friday night is very casual. Jeans, shorts, t-shirts, sandals...anything goes. Saturday is summer cocktail attire. Floral dresses, cocktail dresses & light suits. Please be mindful that it may be a bit warm & humid during the day, but should cool down at night. And, we will be walking on grass during the ceremony & dinner so you may not want to wear heels that could sink. A low sandal or wedge would be more comfortable. Sunday is also very casual. Want to come in your pajamas? Go for it.

Can I arrive early or extend my stay?

Answer

You may request to arrive early or extend your stay. We cannot guarantee space is available or that you'll be able to get the same rates.

When do I need to book my room at AutoCamp?

Answer

If you plan to stay on site with us at AutoCamp, please use the booking link to book your room as soon as possible. The deadline is March 31st.

Can I stay somewhere else?

Answer

If you've already confirmed a suite with me, you must book your suite with AutoCamp. If the suite you want is not available or you only want to stay for 1 night, please contact me. You are welcome to stay elsewhere is you'd prefer, there are plenty of lovely hotels in the area. However, we highly recommend AutoCamp. It's a very unique experience you won't get anywhere else!

What if I can't make it any longer and need to cancel my suite at AutoCamp?

Answer

Please let us know if you can't make it as soon as possible. If you need to cancel your suite, cancellation terms may apply. You'll need to work directly with the venue.
