We'd really appreciate your RSVP as soon as you know whether you and your party can attend! At the latest, please RSVP by July 25th.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our vendors and the venue exact guest count by a certain date. While we will send out reminders, please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible.
We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for your understanding!
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!
Because the ceremony begins promptly at 4:00pm, we recommend you aim to arrive by 3:30pm to ensure you are seated on time.
We want all of our favorite people to dress to impress! The official dress code is semi-formal with a touch of flair. - For the ladies: Cocktail dresses, floor-length gowns, or dressy separates are all perfect choices. - For the gents: Suits, ties, dress shirt, and slacks (khakis are fine too!) - Please no jeans or sneakers. - Boots are always welcome - especially for some boot-scootin' on the dance floor! Please keep in mind that the venue includes a mix of surfaces (grass, gravel, brick, and dance floor), so choose your shoes accordingly. Jewel tones are encouraged! We kindly ask that you leave the burnt orange and terracotta shades to the bridal party.
Parking will be onsite and marked by the venue staff. There will be parking attendants to help direct traffic. Handicap parking is available if needed.
We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best moments, which we will absolutely share with you.
We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adult event with the exception of those explicitly listed on your invitation. We encourage you to use this evening as a night to enjoy yourselves!
Beer and wine will be available from the bride & groom! However, there is no overnight parking available so please drink responsibly! Due to the venue's licensing and policy requirements, no outside alcohol will be tolerated.
