How do I get to your venue?

Answer

Our Venue is the Venue at Orchard View Farm in Cumberland, VA. From Route 60 Eastbound, turn right onto route 45. Follow Route 45 for 5.4 miles and then turn left onto Baber Road. The Venue at Orchard View Farms with be 1 mile down on your left. If using GPS, the GPS will tell you, you have arrived when you reach the red house. However, you need to turn left from the house in order to get to the venue.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no earlier than 3:00 pm and no later than 3:30 pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are taking place at the same place. Parking is available right beside the venue.

Question

Will the ceremony be outdoors?

Answer

Yes (fingers crossed)! Virginia weather can be extremely unpredictable so please dress accordingly.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Plus ones are only allowed if specifically stated on your invitation. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate more guests unless specifically invited.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Only kids specifically invited are welcome. We're hoping to have some kid friendly activities as well! Please reach out to us if you have any questions regarding your specific invitation!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are requesting semi-formal/cocktail attire. We’d love to see you all dressed up!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Sorta! We aren't serving any liquor but will have wines, beer and cider! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you!

Will there be transportation?

Answer

No, with being unable to book a hotel block for guests, it would be out of our budget to provide transportation for everyone. We apologize as we would have loved to be able to do this for our loved ones!

Can I leave my car at the venue overnight?

Answer

Yes! You may leave your vehicle parked at the venue overnight for no additional charge. Please make sure to pick your vehicle up by 10am Sunday, October 26th.

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

We will miss celebrating with you! We need to provide our venue with exact numbers by a certain date, so please don't RSVP late!
