Question

What time is everything?

Answer

Ceremony will start promptly at 2:30pm, please be seated before then. Keep in mind that there is a short walk from the parking lot to the ceremony space. The cocktail hour will start promptly after the ceremony, followed by the dinner reception at 6:00pm. The reception will end at 10:30pm.

Will there be parking?

Answer

Yes! There will be plenty of parking at the venue. It will be on the Left hand side after turning on to the property. There will be attendants to direct you where to park along with where to head for the ceremony.

Is there a gift registry?

Answer

Your presence if gift enough but yes, you will find this on the Registry tab here on our website- this includes our Target and IKEA registries as well! We do not need much, so we made a list of some upgrades and fun things for us to enjoy. There is also a list of gift cards and a honeymoon fund as options for non-cash gifts! If sending something ahead of time, please make sure to include your name so we can send you a Thank you card!

Is there a dress code? What should I wear?

Answer

Cocktail Attire is preferred. We ask that our guests opt for something with color (but not required),as we would like you to add color to our day. Just how you add color to our lives. Just please don’t wear something where the main color is White or Dark Green, if it’s a background color that’s completely fine.

Is the venue smoking free?

Answer

Since this is an active working horse farm, there is absolutely NO smoking of any kind including vaping while on the premises.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unless your invitation says guest we would prefer if it was just you. As your presence alone bring us joy.

When should I RSVP? What happens if I’m late?

Answer

Please RSVP No later than August 15, 2026. In the event that we have not heard from you, you will be contacted by one of us. After a certain number of attempts to obtain a RSVP, we will assume you are not coming and you will not be included in the final head count.

What is the weather like in Michigan in October?

Answer

Honestly, it can be chilly or hot. In October it can be unpredictable; however it is typically described as pleasant to crisp fall weather. For reference, the weekend of October 2, 2025 highs ranged from 60-65 degrees over three days. In case of rain, the ceremony will be moved indoors to the cocktail area.

Will there be Alcohol?

Answer

Yes, we will have an open bar available. There will be plenty of non-alcoholic options as well.

Will there be transportation to or from the venue?

Answer

We will book transportation to and from the venue and the hotel block if enough people let us know they will need it. If you are staying at a different hotel or elsewhere in the area, Lyft & Uber MAY be available, but is not guaranteed, so plan on choosing a DD if drinking.

I’m coming from out of State HELP!

Answer

We have secured a hotel block for any out of town guests that need accommodations! If you wish to find something else, like an AirBNB or another hotel and need help with the area, we are happy to help! If you are in need of transportation to and from the venue, we will be coordinating that with anyone who says so on their RSVP submission! If you will be flying and need help getting to and from the airport, please reach out and we can figure something out! (Though WE recommend renting a car if feasible.) If you plan on arriving early there are plenty of hotels near us.

I have a Food Allergy/Special Diet. Can I make a Special request?

Answer

Please let us know when you RSVP if you have any dietary restrictions. We will do our best to accommodate these with our caterer. We will let you know ahead of time if something cannon be figured out for you.

Who should I reach out to for help?

Answer

While you are welcome to reach out to either of us Tori will have more answers then Guy. If you need assistance day of you can still reach out to us, however someone else will be responsible for answering our phones starting at 1pm.

Can we take pictures/ Videos

Answer

We encourage guests to take pictures during the ceremony, however, we do ask that you are mindful of those around you as well as our photographers. We ask that you please refrain from entering the aisle during the ceremony and silence your phones. We also ask guests to refrain from posting any photos of the Groom and Bride on Social Media until they make their first official post as Husband and Wife!
