The beach!
Seriously, it goes without saying but be sure to visit at least one of North San Diego county's lovely beaches at least once! From the Oceanside Harbor to La Jolla you can't go wrong! Take a stroll by the ocean and you will also stumble upon lots of cute local shops and excellent eateries. Some of our favorites are Cardiff State Beach and the dog Beach in Del Mar.
El Pueblo
The best fish tacos in the nation. Unfortunately, the prices went up and they are no longer 99 cents. We also recommend the carne asada nachos, but the maid of honor will tell you to get the carne asada fries. You can't go wrong!
Temecula Wineries

Encinitas Ale House
This restaurant is open to those under 21 as well and has incredible food. If you are there on a Tuesday they have a two for one burger deal! They have a rotating menu of exotic game but if you are vegetarian or pescatarian they have those options as well. Oh, and of course if you do like beer they have an incomparable selection.
Torrey Pines State Reserve
If you are down for a hike this trail has spectacular ocean views. You can even cool off in the ocean when you're done!
Self-Realization Fellowship
The meditation gardens are the BEST view of the Encinitas beaches. It is a religious site though, so please be respectful.
