It’s Happening!

Victor went on a journey to Ukraine with his father, who had an evangelistic program there. It was in Ukraine that Victor first crossed paths with Vlada, though their initial interaction was brief. That summer, Vlada's family immigrated to Israel, where she and Victor grew closer. They forged a strong friendship that lasted many years, without any romantic inclinations. However, after five years of friendship, their feelings shifted. They fell in love. 💖 On September 6th, 2021, they made their relationship official, becoming boyfriend and girlfriend. But life threw a challenge their way. Victor had aspirations of studying in the United States, with the possibility of staying there, which terrified Vlada. Despite her fears, Victor left for the States on August 4th, 2022, and they started a long-distance relationship. Maintaining their bond across the miles was tough. They faced numerous ups and downs, but with faith and perseverance, they stayed together. After 1.5 years apart, on April 28th, 2024, Victor proposed to Vlada, and she joyfully said "YES!" 💍 And now, here we are, ready to celebrate our wedding with our closest family and friends! 👰🏻‍♀️🤵🏼‍♂️ We can't wait to see you on our special day and create memories that will last a lifetime.❤️‍🔥 See you there! We call ourselves TWIX. Yup, just like the chocolate bar 🍫 You might think to yourself, "Why?" Well, it all started long before we began dating each other. One day, Vlada’s mother asked Victor’s father, "Where is Twix?" Victor’s father, puzzled, asked why she calls Vlada and Victor "Twix." She laughed and said, "Because they are a sweet couple, just like the advertisement for the chocolate bar - TWIX, sweet couple."😆 Since then, we’ve embraced the name Twix. We love it because we truly are a sweet couple! 💕 So, what’s our favorite chocolate bar? If you guessed Twix, then you are correct! ✅ We looooove Twix chocolate bars. In fact, we always eat them together and never separate. Vlada always eats the right side while Victor always eats the left side. 😋 Because for us, the sides do matter! 😜
