Schedule

The family and friends of Mary & Victor will be celebrating their union on August 26, 2023. Expect a day full of entertainment and culture. Join them at the church ceremony where they will exchange their vows at the Baltimore Basilica. The Westin BWI, the cocktail hour and reception venue, is approximately a 25 minute drive from the basilica. The wedding will last through midnight, with the reception concluding with the traditional Nigerian Igbo celebration.

Church Ceremony

2:00 pm - 3:00 pm

The church ceremony will start promptly at 2pm. Parking is available at Franklin Street Garage (15 W. Franklin Street) off Franklins Street between Cathedral and Charles. Please give yourself adequate time to find parking at the garage or street side.

Cocktail Hour

5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Cocktail hour will take place at the Westin BWI indoors and outdoors by the ballroom and courtyard with light refreshments and open bar service. Parking at the venue is complementary. Shuttle service between the BWI airport and the venue is complementary as well the entirety of the wedding day.

Reception

6:00 pm

The reception will follow after the cocktail hour. Guests will be expected to make their way into the venue's ballroom for the wedding party's entrance. The schedule of events will commence with the wedding agenda, followed by dinner and conclude with the traditional Nigerian Igbo celebration through midnight.

The family of the bride and groom is encouraged to wear Nigerian Igbo attire for this portion of the wedding. Burgundy for the bride's family and green for the groom's family.

The wedding party will make their 2nd entrance for the traditional Nigerian Igbo celebration, followed by the cultural agenda and dancing.
