How did we meet? It was very romantic. Victor was jogging in the forest at 2am, and as he crossed paths with Katheryne, he slipped on a banana and landed straight into her arms. It was love at first sight. only kidding…lol We wish we had an amazing fairy tale story for you all, but the truth is, we actually met each other in college through a service fraternity and ended up becoming great friends ever since. We would not have changed a thing! It was not until April 29, 2018 when we became "Facebook Official". Although we are both very different people, one of the things that made us so compatible was how needy we were. Everything just felt right when we were spending time together. We are so excited to continue to grow and learn from each other, and we cannot wait to see what the future has in store for us. We also want to personally thank each and every one of you for making the time in your schedule to celebrate this special moment with us. It means the world to us and we can't wait to see you all! The Proposal (Victor's Story): “It was our 4 year anniversary, and I wanted to take Kat out to New York to live her Gossip Girl dreams (her favorite show). We have been together for quite some time now, and I knew I wanted to spend the rest of my life with this girl so why wait any longer right? I booked our flight in February 2022 and immediately started researching and planning the NY trip everyday since. I decided to fly my professional photographer friend Josh Chun out to capture our special moment. I created an hour by hour itinerary with directions and instructions to ensure everything would run smoothly. Knowing Kat and how nosy she is, I knew keeping this a surprise would be difficult, but I somehow managed to do it! I proposed to her on April 29, 2022 at Fort Tryon Park, and everything worked out exactly as planned!
