Jessica and Victor attended the same school, yet remained oblivious to each other's existence. Despite sharing a group at one homecoming, their paths never crossed, leaving them as strangers in the school halls. But fate had a different plan in mind. It was at a college party, courtesy of a little liquid courage from New Amsterdam vodka, that Victor finally mustered the courage to approach Jessica. And although Jessica initially thought she'd never see him again, a text the next morning, spurred on by Victor's friend Josh, changed everything. (Thanks Josh!) Their first date was at Afters Ice Cream, chosen by Victor. He told her it was his first time there. Little did Jessica know, it was not. Months later she found out it was just a white lie he told to spend more time with her. With laughter, delicious ice cream, and easy conversation, their bond blossomed, becoming inseparable from that moment on. Today, they still celebrate their love with a yearly tradition: indulging in Afters Ice Cream on July 25th, commemorating the sweet beginning of their forever love story.

Victor proposed during a beach picnic. Jessica thought it was an early Valentine's Day date and had no idea it was coming. Seriously... she was stuffing her face with the charcuterie board. Little did she know that he was a nervous wreck trying to act normal. After he got down on one knee, a photographer came running from the bushes and he set up a photo shoot to celebrate the special occasion. The surprises didn't stop there... He also arranged for both of our families to meet us for dinner afterward. Victor is the best at surprises!
