The ceremony is outside on the courthouse steps and children are welcome, but the celebration to follow is at The Haberdasher, which is a bar, so unfortunately children are not allowed to attend that portion. Additionally, the Haberdasher is a pretty small venue, and our current guest list puts us at capacity. Its a fun, special place to us, and we wanted something more us. Small, less formal, less traditional. While we hope to see everyone there, we do understand this may make it difficult for some of you to attend, especially those traveling from out of town. Please note that if anyone wants to attend just the ceremony but not the "reception" that is totally okay with us!
See the "Travel" section of this website for more details on local hotels in the Downtown Mobile area!
If you are not coming in from out of town and staying at a Downtown hotel, your best bet will be to find some free parking in and around the Downtown area. Paid parking meters are not enforced on the weekend so you can park just about anywhere for free unless it's one of the premium parking lots. Bienville Square has parking on each side, and there is parallel parking up and down Dauphin Street, St. Louis Street, and Royal Street. Parking can be a bit difficult in Downtown Mobile, but call or text us if you need any help with this!
