Attire: Our Wedding is Black Tie Optional
Weather: Our wedding is completely outdoors. The sun should start setting around the time the ceremony begins. The temp will be high in the low 80's and low in the low 70's so bring a sweater in case you get chilly at night :)
Transportation: A trolley will be provided for all guests. Keep in mind the trolley is first come first serve, it will do two rounds to pick up guests and can accommodate up to 40 ppl per round

4:40 Pick up at The Voco Hotel
4:50 Pick up at Sarasota Modern
5:00 Pick up at The Westin Hotel
5:10 drop off at The Ringling Museum
5:25 Pick up at the Voco Hotel
5:35 Pick up at The Sarasota Modern
5:40 Pick up at The Westin
5:50 Drop off at The Ringling
At the end of the Night The trolley will be available to do continuous runs to the above hotels starting at 10PM and will run until 11:30PM
