When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than September 14, 2025

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive as close to 5:00pm as possible. Cocktails will be provided before and after the ceremony. The Ceremony starts at 5:30PM.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal attire. Suits, jackets, dresses, tuxes, or gowns are welcome. Just put on what feels best for you! The weather in Texas this time of year is fairly mild.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! Keep in mind that the venue does have a creek that runs through it. This may pose a risk for small children, so keep an eye on them. We would love to celebrate our special day with all family members, the little ones included!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Yes! Please let Victor or Danielle know the name of your date and we can work on adding them to the guest list.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

On the RSVP page, underneath your name, there is a space to enter in any food allergies. Please list any restrictions there. We will do our best to have an option for everyone!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The Willow Creek venue has a parking lot that makes it easy to walk from ceremony to reception all in one place! Please note the parking lot is compact gravel, not cement, therefore please be mindful of shoes and gowns.
