We will be saying our I Do’s on the limestone rocks next to the river at The Water’s Point view in Wimberley TX.
Please arrive earlier than the ceremony time so you can have time to park and walk the 3-5 minute walk down to the river.
About 45 minutes, give or take traffic of course.
Unfortunately there is limited space at the venue so only our immediate family and wedding party will be staying on site. There are plenty of options for lodging in the area and a lot of people are doing airbnbs together.
We would love to see you! Friday we will be having our rehearsal dinner at the venue with our wedding party early so we can enjoy time with our friends and family afterwards. We will be doing s’mores at the main cabin around 6pm on Friday and everyone is invited to join.
Ok ladies! This venue is definitely unique in its location. The walk down to the rocks is mostly gravel and grass, then the reception space is all outdoors in grass next to the building. Please dress your feet accordingly, I would recommend a thick heel or wedge and bring a pair of sandals or flats to change into if you feel the need.
We love kids and want them to be apart of our celebration! But unfortunately do to the limited venue space and our intimate reception we will only being inviting adults! We do have a solution for those who don’t have a baby sitter or a family member to watch. Your kids are welcome to come to the ceremony, then we will have a baby sitter take them to a cabin (less than .5 a mile down from the venue) for them to have a dance party with glow sticks and pizza! They will be steps away, so we hope you’re still able to make it. Hopefully this helps mom & dad enjoy the wedding as well! Of course infants and toddlers (3 and under) are welcome to stay with mom & dad.
Our venue is very limited with seating and we really wanted this day to be with our closest friends and family. Unless we stated you have a plus one on your invite, we would love for you to join us on our big day!
