Please submit your official RSVP via this website no later than TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 1ST.
Since we will have assigned seating, please arrive at least 15-20 minutes prior to the ceremony start time (4pm) to ensure that all guests have enough time to find their seat.
Feel free to contact the bride or groom via call or text if you have any questions or concerns prior to the day of the wedding. Amanda's cell number is 313-400-4887; Victor's cell number is 734-778-7913. Or you can shoot them a message on Facebook. Please do not attempt to contact the bride or groom on the day of the wedding prior to the ceremony, as we will be busy getting ready and taking pictures! It would be a good idea to make sure you have at least one other guest's contact info on hand, in case of any last-minute "emergencies." And remember, your question or concern might be addressed on one of the pages of this website!
Attendance will not exceed 100 people, in accordance with state regulations for outdoor events/gatherings. We will have assigned seating for both the ceremony and reception, to ensure social distancing between households. Appetizers, dinner, and desserts will be self-served, buffet-style; when plating any and all food, gloves and tongs will be used by guests to prevent cross-contamination. And of course, we will have plenty of hand sanitizer available! Whenever you are up out of your seat--whether you're standing in line for food or bar service, bustin' a move on the dance floor, or mingling with other guests--we ask that you make your best effort to social distance from members of other households. In regards to masks, if you plan on wearing one, BYOM! Masks will not be required since we will be practicing social distancing for the entirety of the event, but of course you are welcome to wear your mask if it makes you feel more comfortable.
We love kids, but since we need to keep our guest list on the small side, we ask that you find a sitter for the young'uns for both the ceremony and the reception.
Yes! A variety of alcoholic beverages will be available free of charge, including wine, beer, and White Claw (because there ain't no laws when you're drinking Claws!). All alcoholic beverages will be served to guests by our bartenders (tips appreciated!). Out of respect for the church's addiction ministries and to ensure the safety of all guests, we ask that you do not bring any outside alcohol and PLEASE DRINK RESPONSIBLY.
Please inform the bride or groom of your dietary restriction and/or food allergy as soon as possible (even if you think we are already aware of it, please give us a reminder). We will do our best to accommodate your needs; however, please understand that certain options may be limited since all of the food is being delivered and will not be prepared on-site.
We are praying for beautiful weather, but in case it does rain, we will have a tent covering the main seating area and also over the food table, bar, and dance floor. If we get a lot of rain on the day of the wedding and/or during the week before the wedding, certain areas of the grass may be a little soggy, so please keep that in mind for your choice of footwear!
