Large park downtown along Lake Michigan with over 24 acres to explore. Highlights include visiting the bean, walking through the rose gardens, visiting Buckingham Fountain, and South President's Court where Victor proposed!
Architecture Boat Tour
Hands down one of my favorite activities to do with anyone visiting the city for the first time! It's a great way to learn about Chicago's amazing architecture and see some incredible skyline views from the water.
Manchamanteles
One of our favorite 'treat yourself' restaurants offering upscale Mexican cuisine. Chef Geno is known as the 'Mole King' and his flavors will not disappoint!
The Lincoln Lodge
Chicago has an amazing comedy scene! The Lincoln Lodge is the nation's longest running independent stand up comedy joint. You'll get a mix of local and bigger named performers depending on what show you catch. It's right around the corner from our place and holds a special place in our hearts as a go-to date night option since we've lived in Chicago.
