Please plan to arrive between 3:30-4:15 to allow adequate time to grab a welcome drink and make your way safely to the ceremony area. Schedule: 3:30-4:15 welcome drinks on the terrace 4:15-4:30 walk to ceremony area, either by the seaside or on the terrace 4:30-5:00 ceremony 5:00-7:00 cocktail hour with appetizer buffet and live cooking - sunset 6:53 7:00-7:30 finish off your sunset photos, find seats in reception area 7:30-9:30 3-course set menu dinner + dessert buffet 9:30-9:45 - cake cutting Afterparty - dancing until sometime between 11:30pm-2am
