Our story began in 2019 in Chicago when we met through a mutual friend at the Shedd Aquarium. From the very first moment, I felt a spark I couldn’t ignore. He was shy at first, but we quickly discovered how effortless it was to be together.
Just eight months later, he was stationed in Japan for four years, and most of our relationship became long-distance. Despite the miles, we grew stronger. Learning patience, trust, and how to love each other across the world.
When he was finally stationed in Texas, we could finally share everyday moments together. Every challenge we’ve faced has only deepened our love, and we are so grateful for this journey and excited to start the rest of our lives side by side.
