Answer

Rehearsal dinner will be 10/25/2024 (Friday) at Sitti, located at 137 S Wilmington St, Raleigh, NC 27601. We will be located in the private dining room downstairs! There is an elevator for those who need access. There will be a private bar & bathroom. Date Night/cocktail: Sundress/Maxi Dresses/Dressy jumpsuits, men can wear a shirt with collar but no need for a tie! You may RSVP by 10/1 on the site or by texting 301-646-7804!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:30. If not using the provided Shuttle from Downtown, we ask you to arrive 10 minutes before to allow everyone to be comfortably seated before the start of the Ceremony. The venue is 25 minutes from downtown Raleigh so please plan accordingly if Driving/using Ride Shares to arrive.

How will we get to and from the venue? What’s the parking situation?

Answer

A shuttle will run from the Raleigh Marriott City Center Hotel at 500 Fayetteville Street The shuttle will pick up guests at 4 pm sharp, we encourage guests to wait for the shuttle 10 minutes ahead of time, the shuttle cannot wait for any late guests. At the night's end, the shuttle will leave the venue at 9:40 pm, dropping off at Raleigh Marriott City Center Hotel If choosing to Drive: The venue provides parking for 50 cars in the back but does not allow overnight parking.

I missed the Shuttle at 4pm! What do I do?

Answer

The address for the venue is listed below for ride-shares/uber/lifts. It is about a 25 minute drive from downtown Raleigh. Address: The House on Barber Mill 2239 Barber Mill Rd, Clayton, NC 27520 If arriving late and the ceremony has begun please wait for our planner/venue staff to escort you to your seat.

Can I take pictures throughout the ceremony/reception?

Answer

In order to ensure we are all fully present, We request you turn off/put away all phones & cameras during the ceremony so that photographers can capture the moment. Before the ceremony, during cocktail hour, and the reception, please free to take as many pictures as you like! Please text or send all the photos to the couple!

Is the Ceremony Outdoors?

Answer

Yes, the Ceremony will be underneath the houses Magnolia Tree “Maggie” Please Note: The walkway up to ceremony from the parking lot is gravel, guests who need assistance walking may be dropped off by the right side of the house. If Rain/Bad Weather occurs we do have a rain plan for the ceremony & will communicate any changes.

What is the Dress Code/Attire for Wedding Day?

Answer

Our dress code is Cocktail Attire- Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, suits and ties. We kindly request all guests to not wear any White/Cream/Beige/champagne, flip flops or Jeans. Please note the ceremony will be held outdoors on grass, please keep this in mind while selecting shoe options.

Where should I fly into?

Answer

We recommend flying into Raleigh-Durham International Airport! It’s about a 20 minute Uber/drive from downtown Raleigh NC.

What’s the bar situation?

Answer

We will provide a bar with Spirits, Beer, Cocktails and Wine! If you are drinking please make sure you take a shuttle/ride share back to your accommodations. The venue does not allow any alcohol to be consumed if not purchased/ served from the Bartending staff.
