Are kids welcome?

Answer

Children are welcome to Thursday's and Friday's events. Saturday is parents' night out -- please no children.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is a shuttle for Saturday's events. It will leave the hotel (Fairfax Marriott at Fair Oaks) at 4:45pm. It will also provide transportation from the venue back to the hotel, leaving the reception at 11:00pm.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

For Friday's Indian ceremony, please arrive to Country Club of Fairfax by 8:45am to participate in the Baraat (groom's wedding procession). Breakfast and snacks will be served at 9:30am. The ceremony will begin at 10am. For Saturday's American ceremony, it will begin at 5:30pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is free parking provided at all venues.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Thursday and Friday -- Indian outfits or cocktail attire. Saturday -- Black Tie Optional. Tuxes and long dresses are preferred, but not required.
