The ceremony begins promptly at 4:30 PM. We recommend arriving ~15-30 minutes early to find parking and settle in comfortably.
Our ceremony and dinner service will be outside, but we will be covered with a tent! For the reception we will move inside the Woodmark Hotel.
We will be having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins we ask that all phones/devices be put away. We want everyone to be fully present with us and allow our amazing photographer to capture the moment.
We would love to see all our guests get dressed up with us for our special day! The dress code is Cocktail attire; suits and midi to floor length dresses are preferred. With our wedding palette being so neutral, we would also love our guests to bring the color!

Unfortunately, our space is very limited. Invitations are ONLY extended to those named on your invitation. If your invitation includes a guest, we look forward to celebrating with them.
While we adore your little ones, our celebration will be adults-only (with the exception of immediate family). We hope this allows you to relax and enjoy the evening!
The Woodmark Hotel offers luxurious accommodations on-site. Use code "ESCPHO" at checkout for a special discounted rate. We recommend booking early to guarantee a room. If you wish to stay offsite, there are multiple hotels located within the cities of Kirkland and Bellevue.
Bringing cash is highly recommended for donations during The Money Dance and tipping your bartenders!
Alongside a delicious dinner, there will be appetizers provided during cocktail hour and late night snacks once we see you hit a few dance moves!
