We met about 12 years ago, through his now wife Katie when I was doing my first stint at Noah's. We got really close when we opened the Jealous Monk together from the ground up. Since then, he has become like a big brother to me. He is a ball buster but one of the hardest working people I know. He also will push you to be the best possible you that you can be. The kind of guy you want in a bar fight or just drink a beer in his garage.

Met him while he was living in the Boro and I was working at Noah's on my first go around. When you first meet Finn you don't know what to think of him. He might look like a loud and obnoxious dude, but when you really get to know him he is a funny, caring and kind person. Whenever we hang out we either play golf, drink beers or have some nice wine from his cellar. I respect and love this guy because he knows how to enjoy life. He is the guy you want to golf with in the middle of the week because he is okay taking time off to have some fun.

As you can tell by this photo Rob is an avid Buffalo Bills fan and an even crazier Maple Leaf fan, which is to say he is never happy. Rob and I used to play golf all the time and drink beers by the pool once he bought his new home a couple of years ago. He even let me store my brewing equipment in his house and even brew whenever I wanted. Well I think his wife Anita had something to do with that.

Out of everybody in my wedding party I've known Dave the longest. I even lived with him for about six months before he left me to go live with his now wife. That meant I lived with his mom for over two years. That was a lot better than living with him. This man looks innocent but he is anything but. A great dad, chef and a friend. If I were going to a bar to try to pick up chicks he is the guy you want.

When I first met this guy he was bar backing and cooking breakfast at Noah's. We hit it off quick and became really close. We used to go to the Ocean Mist every Tuesday for some reggae action. I had some of the most fun I have ever had with this guy. Will is always calm, I don't think I have ever seen him mad or raise his voice. We have gone through some ups and downs, but at the end of the day we have always remained the best of friends. If you are ever needing to talk to someone he will always be there for you.

I call Katie my white sister. I have known this girl since she was a a sophomore in high school. I am very proud of the person she has become. We took a trip to Puerto Rico a couple of years ago and we became even closer. Right now, she is the Brooklyn rep for Lagunitas which is a job that's perfect for her because of her personality. She has always had a wild, rebel and inquisitive soul, but at the end of the day, she is very grounded and a person that cares about the people she loves. She is the girl you want to spill your feelings to while drinking a Cantillon.
