Can I bring a guest, or my children?

Due to limited capacity, we ask that only guests named on the invitation attend.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Wear what makes you feel fun and comfortable! If you need a guide, cocktail attire is great. The wedding and reception will take place indoors.

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes, you can park in front of Bear Mountain Inn. Parking is free starting at 5pm for everyone, and it's free all day for guests staying at Bear Mountain Inn, the Overlook Lodge, or the Stone Cottages.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 6pm. Parking at Bear Mountain Inn is free starting at 5pm, so we suggest arriving no later than 5:45pm.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will have buses to take guests staying at the Overlook Lodge, Stone Cottages, and Holiday Inn to and from Bear Mountain Inn the evening of the wedding. Please view the Travel page for pick-up times.
