What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving 15 minutes early (3:45pm) so that we can start on time. We will start PROMPTLY at 4pm.

Question

Will transportation be provided to and from the venue?

Answer

Yes. Shuttles will leave from Hotel Viking promptly at 3:15pm. Please plan to be there ahead of time as we cannot accommodate extra trips for those left behind. There is also parking at the venue if you choose to take your own car. Transportation will be provided back to Hotel Viking at the end of the night.

When does the room block close?

Answer

The room block at Hotel Viking will close Sep 6th. Please book your rooms before this date to take advantage of the discount.

Can I bring someone not listed on my virtual RSVP?

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate anyone other than who is listed on your invitation/virtual RSVP. This includes little ones!

When is the last chance to catch the shuttle from Hotel Viking to Glen Manor?

Bus shuttles will depart Hotel Viking at 3:15 PM.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

We plan to be outside even in the event of light rain and wind. For Rhode Island weather on a late October afternoon, expect overcast and temperatures between 55-65 degrees. We recommend bringing a jacket!

When do you need my response by?

All RSVPs are needed no later than September 9th. RSVP's will be collected via this site under the "RSVP" tab.

How do I get to Glen Manor?

Answer

All buses will depart for Glen Manor at 3:15 PM. Glen Manor is located at 3 Frank Coelho Dr, Portmouth, RI 02871. If you miss the 3:15pm shuttle, Uber/Lyfts are available and there is parking available at Glen Manor if you wish to drive there.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We plan to hold the ceremony outdoors as Rhode Island is beautiful this time of year, but will be weather dependent. Cocktail hour will ideally be outside as well. Dinner and dancing will be inside but you are welcome to explore the grounds of the venue!

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are registered exclusively at Zola.com. All gifts purchased through Zola may be shipped directly to us in Colorado so you don't have to worry about gift wrapping and hauling bulky packages to any wedding events.

There was no response card included in my invitation! How am I supposed to RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP here on our Website under the "RSVP" tab. You can locate your virtual RSVP by typing in one of the names from your invitation, which should bring up all members of the party. Don't forget your meal selection!

I have a food allergy- can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please submit any dietary restrictions or food allergies within your RSVP or notify the bride directly.

What is the dress code?

Cocktail attire. But get as fancy as you'd like!
