Laura met Vic’s sister Teresa and brother Johnny here. Vic coincidentally also met Laura’s sister at a Oaxacan restaurant, not this one. Hence the Oaxacan food for dinner on their wedding day!
Best tacos de cabeza, cachete, labio and lengua.
Best menudo
We love pho so we have a few options for you all to try.

Best chicken pho. They also have amazing garlic wings. This is our go to spot at least every other week. Worth the drive!
Laura’s childhood favorite tacos
Sushi is amazing, trust us.
Their pork belly lechon is to die for. Worth every calorie.
We recommend their breakfast with lots of Sawsawan(garlic vinegar sauce)
Best Thai soups. Also Laura’s go to comfort food when sick or missing the valley.
Go for their breakfast gorditas. We both love their rajas con queso or green picadillo gorditas with beans. So good! We’ve actually never tried their tamales so if they’re not good, don’t blame us.
Tejuinos were one of the first things we bonded over. It’s an acquired taste for some but it’s super refreshing in the summer. Ask for extra lemon so it’s extra tangy!
Love all their mates and the owner is super sweet. Tip: don’t drink one too late, you won’t sleep
We love pho so we have a few options for you all to try. They have a bunch of fun drinks such as teas and homemade sodas to try. This is the cutest out of all the other pho recommendations!
We LOVE this place. The owner is so nice! Order the carne en su jugo plate and a taco de barbacoa on the side, you’ll thank us later!
