How do I RSVP ?

Please fill out your RSVP on the RSVP tab of this website. Don't forget to let us know about any allergies!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please let us know by the end of June if you can. However, if you are unsure, need more information, or have a change of plans please let us know and we'll do our best to help!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Although it is a working cinema, it is our big day and we would appreciate guests to be dressed for a wedding. Semi-Formal or Dressy Casual works well!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Don't worry, the event will all be indoors. Proper toilets, no bad weather and plenty of seats!

What's the easiest way to get to and from the wedding venue?

Answer

The Roxy cinema is based in Miramar, in the South Eastern suburbs 7 minute drive from the airport 15 minute drive from the city centre/Train station There is a public bus stop near the venue. Uber, Ride share, and Taxi's are readily available Please check your exact travel times using google maps

Is there parking available nearby?

Answer

There is unrestricted car parking space around the corner from the cinema - Tahi Street, and further south on Park Road.

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

Answer

Please let us know in your RSVP for any dietary restrictions or allergies. Everything will be clearly marked if they are allergy friendly (and there will be multiple allergy-friendly options). If you have additional restrictions, please reach out. We want you to feel comfortable and well fed!

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Answer

As we are traveling from London, physical gifts may prove difficult to transport home. Having you with us on our special day is the best gift we could ask for. Though should you wish to help us keep the celebrations going, a cash gift towards our honeymoon fund would be greatly appreciated. A wedding card box will be at our reception.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

Just like any trip to the cinema, we kindly ask that you keep it "unplugged" and refrain from taking any photos or videos of the ceremony. During the reception, feel free to snap away - we will also have a QR code that will allow everyone to share the party photos.
