Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?

Answer

We invite you to RSVP online for all events. You can do this from a mobile device or computer. Please RSVP by JULY 15, 2023. Thank you for understanding.

Can I bring a plus one/ date?

Answer

As much as we would love to accommodate everyone, we already finalized our guest list and we do not have any extra spots for plus one's. If a plus one has been extended to you, their name will be listed alongside yours on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

What’s the dress code?

Answer

To help make this an unforgettable evening, we kindly request our guest to dress to impress while following the dress codes for each event listed in the details of the event and printed on the invitation. Kindly, check the details on the Zola app or Zola website for the attire for each event.

Can we bring my kids?

Answer

Neil and Vibha love kiddos, however, we have extended invitations only to adults listed on the invitation due to our venue limitations. We are not able to accommodate children over the age of 2 years, outside of our immediate family in the wedding events. We hope you understand and use this evening as an opportunity to enjoy a romantic day with your significant other.

Will the event be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Baraat (the celebratory wedding procession) and welcoming of baraat will be outdoors. All the other events will be indoors in the banquet halls mentioned in the invites.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

We got you covered. Please check out the accommodation and travel section on our wedding website.

Where should we bring/ send our wedding gifts?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! We cannot wait to celebrate our big day with you. If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to the address on on registry. We will update you real soon with registry information. A wedding card box will be at the will be at each event. We appreciate you not bringing any boxed gifts to any the events.

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to take your seats in the grand ballroom on Sunday 09/03 by 10:30am. Any guest wishing to participate in our baraat Swagat should assemble on the rear pedestrian parkway at 10am (prompt) for the baraat outside the rear exits of the Grand Geneva. Get ready for music, dancing, and fun!!

Question

Will there be a break between your wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

After the wedding ceremony there will be refreshments and lunch until 3:30pm. Cocktail hour will begin at 6pm During the break, you can enjoy the resort, do some golfing, take a nap, spend time in the pool, or change into your reception clothes!
