No, we are not registered anywhere! Your presence is gift enough, however if you're feeling particularly generous, please consider gifting a "Bao Lì Xì" (Red Envelope) or contributing to our Honeymoon Fund. We will have extra red envelopes at the welcoming table.
Lì Xì is a traditional wedding red envelope. It is monetary gift given by guests to newlyweds, symbolizing good luck, prosperity, and support for their new life Learn more here: https://ceesbridal.com/blogs/fashion/vietnamese-wedding-envelopes/ Quick Overview: Symbolism Red represents luck, happiness, and positive energy. The gift inside shares good fortune with the couple. Etiquette & Guidelines Amount: In the U.S., gifts often cover the cost of your meal. Amounts also vary based on closeness to the couple, with those closest gifting the most. Lucky Numbers: Even numbers are best; 8 is especially lucky. Bills: Traditionally, new, clean bills. How to Give: Use both hands as a sign of respect.
Please consider arriving 20 minutes before the ceremony, 1:40 PM.
