How do I get to the venue?

Answer

Upon your arrival, please navigate to the Sahalee Estates Main Gate (via GPS). At the security desk, kindly inform them that you are attending the wedding at the clubhouse. They will assist you in ensuring a smooth entry into the venue (Sahalee Country Club - 21200 NE Sahalee Country Club Dr, Sammamish, WA 98074). You must navigate from "Sahalee Estates Main Gate" to "Sahalee Country Club." Navigating to Sahalee Country Club from any other location will give you an inaccessible route.

Do I need to RSVP?

Answer

Yes! We need to give the venue a final guest count and arrange a seating chart for everyone.

Please RSVP 4 weeks before the wedding, 10/19/24, at the latest!

I am having trouble RSVPing, what should I do?

Answer

The website will ask you to enter your name. This will be the name that was printed on your invitation. If you are having trouble RSVPing, please reach out to us.

Do you have a registry?

Answer

We do not need any gifts! If you want to give us a gift, we have setup a newlywed fund on this website.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

You should arrive at 3:30PM. The ceremony begins promptly at 4PM.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes. We are asking that our guests come dressed in semi-formal attire.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Yes! Dates, family, and friends are all welcome. Most people will have been given the option during the RSVP process to add a plus one. If you are planning on bringing someone that wasn't indicated on the RSVP, please just let us know ahead of time so that we can plan accordingly.

Yes! We will also have a kids food option available. If you are planning on bringing a child, please just let us know ahead of time so that we can plan accordingly.

I have a food allergy/dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes. There will be a space to provide dietary restrictions and allergy information while RSVPing. Please let us know, and the venue and caterer will be more than happy to accommodate you. We want everyone to be able to enjoy the great food at our wedding, and want to make sure there is something for everyone.

Yes. The venue will have free parking available for our guests.
