When should I RSVP by?

Answer

RSVPs are due November 14th so we can give final numbers to our vendors.

Is the ceremony the same day?

Answer

No. The exchange of our vows is happening privately in October. But we still want to have a party to celebrate our love with our loved ones ♡

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a hotel block at the Embassy Suites Grand Rapids Downtown near our venue. See the Travel page on our website for the link to our hotel block.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

No. Please leave your kiddos at home, as this is an adults only party.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

No. Space is limited to whoever is listed on your invitation. We will not have enough space, plates of food, or drinks for people not accounted for on the invite.

Is there a dress code?

Yes. We prefer cocktail attire.

Is there parking for the reception?

Answer

Yes, there are parking spots at the venue. However they are limited so we strongly suggest using a ride share app or walking!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Cocktail hour begins at 5:30pm. Please arrive around then.

I have dietary restrictions... what do I do?

Answer

You're in luck, so do we! Everything will be labeled with allergens and there will be plenty of vegan, gluten free, and dairy free options.
