When is the RSVP deadline?

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is garden formal! Think dresses that fall below the knee or longer, and suits or dress pants with a button-down and tie. Feel free to bring pops of color to match the garden vibe—florals, pastels or bolds, and various prints or fabrics. Dark colors such as navy, jewel tones, and earthy hues are also great!

Will the event take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour are taking place outdoors, but under covered spaces. The ground is paved in all areas, but there will be activities around as well as a gravel parking lot, so consider shoes accordingly. The reception will be held indoors. Jackets are suggested in case the weather becomes cooler at night!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. Therefore, we recommend planning to arrive to the venue by 4:45 PM to assure promptly arrival and find a seat! There is ample parking on site, and the ceremony is at the same location as the cocktail hour and reception!

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes! We are providing transportation from The ICONA Windrift in Avalon for the wedding. Estimated start time is currently 3:30 PM for arrival to the ceremony site by 4:45 PM. The shuttles will be leaving from the main hotel and taking multiple trips for guests to arrive at the ceremony promptly. Transportation back to ICONA Windrift will also be provided after the event, and shuttles will be on standby if needed throughout the wedding as well!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

All guests invited or plus ones will be clearly listed on your formal invitation and appear clearly when it is time to RSVP. You can also always reach out to Liv Versace at (856)975-1975 with any questions. Thank you for understanding!

Are children welcome?

Answer

We have decided to keep our wedding guest list 21+ besides immediate family. All invited guests will be listed on your invitation and names will be clear when RSVPing!

Can I take photos?

Answer

We are asking that our ceremony be "un- plugged," meaning we kindly ask that you refrain from cell phone use, including photos and videos, during this time. We would love all our guests to be fully present and allow our photographers and videographer to capture the moment uninterrupted! However, we strongly encourage photos and videos throughout the rest of the evening after the ceremony! In fact, there will be shared albums with QR codes for guests to upload photos and videos taken for everyone to enjoy! We want to see all our ideas and planning through your eyes as well!

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks will be flowing to assure the evening is unforgettable (or forgettable)! We plan to have a night filled with fun, laughs, and memory making. With that being said, we encourage you to plan transportation accordingly. We are providing transportation as mentioned above. However, if this will not work for your schedule, please designate a driver or utilize Ride Share apps or taxis!
