Airports

Since the venue and hotel are in New Jersey, the easiest/best option would be to fly into Newark International Airport (EWR), in Newark, New Jersey. This airport is good for domestic and international flights. Uber/Lyft transportation options are easily accessible. If you do not want to fly into New Jersey, and wish to fly into New York, there are two airports that can be flown into. For those traveling internationally, John F. Kennedy (JFK), in Queens, New York, is a good option, and also has domestic flights. For those traveling domestic, La Guardia Airport (LGA), in Queens, New York is the airport to go to, but there are no international flights. Please keep in mind both these airports are further from the hotel and venue, but Uber/Lyft transportation options are easily accessible.

To book, please call the hotel directly at (973) 575-7700, and mention Tadros/Samradli Wedding and the date of the wedding, September 15th. Breakfast will be provided by the hotel for each night you stay. The room block is reserved until August 25, 2024, so make sure to book before then. After that date, reservations can still be made, but will be subject to availability. There are other hotels in the area, but we recommend this hotel because they will provide free shuttle buses to and from the venue! Look under the shuttle section for more information!

To/From Reception

September 15, 2024 4:45 pm - 2:00 am

Free shuttle buses will be available for loved ones that choose to stay at the Fairfield Executive Inn. There will be two buses dropping guests off from the hotel to the reception at 4:45 p.m. and will return for pick up at two different times. If you had too much fun during the day, but need to call it a night, the first shuttle will arrive at the end of the reception, 11:00 p.m. If you haven't had enough of our shenanigans and want to keep partying, there will be a second shuttle arriving at 2:00 a.m. Now, if you make it past 2:00 a.m. and just can't stop, you can stay at the venue until 5:00 a.m., but Uber/Lyft will be the only options. The hotel can provide more information if needed when you book your room!

For the Guests Driving to the Venue

Please park your car at the venue's extra parking lot located at, 14 Market Street, only a 10 minute walk from the venue. The venue will provide a troll that will come every 10 minutes to pick people up from the lot and drop them back off at the end of the night. Please keep in mind the the trolly stops operating at 1:00 a.m.
