Come get fancy with us! We are requesting cocktail attire for our wedding. Your snazziest suit and tie, cocktail dress, long gown, or dressy jumpsuit is perfect for our wedding. Don't feel like you need to wear a full tux, but please no jeans and t-shirts. Ladies, please note that the ceremony and cocktail hour are both outdoors (weather permitting) which may have you navigating some grass. We would suggest keeping this in mind when choosing your heels for the big event!
In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, we can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one or "Guest," it will appear on your invite and RSVP.
While we love your little ones, this is strictly an adults-only (18+) occasion with the exception to those children in the wedding party. We greatly appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy a "date night" on us!
If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided (May 17th), it will automatically be marked as "Not Attending." We will miss celebrating with you, but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thanks for your understanding!
Because the ceremony begins promptly at 5:30pm, we recommend that you arrive by 5:00pm to allow time for parking (if needed) and to find your seat. Once the ceremony begins, entrance will not be granted until the ceremony is completed. Shuttles will be provided from the Hyatt House Fishkill/Poughkeepsie with the time of departure to be indicated at a later date.
Do you know us? Of course the drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you! If you are not taking the shuttle back to the hotel, please arrange transportation from the venue if you plan on drinking!
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors (weather permitting). The reception will take place indoors.
There is ample parking on site at The Roundhouse. If you choose to drive, look for the “event space” parking.
Yes, we have reserved a block of rooms at a discounted rate at the Hyatt House Fishkill/Poughkeepsie (Discount Code - G-FRBU). Transportation has been arranged to and from the venue for guests staying at the hotel on Saturday. Please refer to the Travel section on our wedding website for more details.
