Since high school, this girl has always had my back, been my side, and always kept it real with me. She is the most loyal friend I know, and the only person I've met whose louder than me! Our love for pasta and bread sticks was just one of the many things we instantly bonded over. Mallory holds a special place in my heart because she never gave up on me, and was always willing to stick by me.
Todd Green
Best Man
Todd and Rob quickly became close friends after becoming teammates on the College of Marin basketball team. Rob has always looked up to Todd like a brother, and they have had countless good times over the years, from playing basketball at COM, to Reggae on the River, to Chico trips, to camping trips at Lake Tahoe! Todd has been there as a friend & support system for Rob through it all!
Allison Sokol

This little ray of sunshine was the first person to reach out to me when I moved from SF to Marin. We've been besties ever since! She had the job of keeping Rob's proposal a secret from me and was beyond excited when she could finally share our excitement! Allison has been there for me through many ups and downs and has always kept me grounded.
George Lane
Best Man
Rob and George met up in Chico back in 2008, and became instant friends. In the years that Rob spent in Chico, they spent many weekends cruising town bumping beats, going bowling and golfing, and hanging out on George's porch with other friends drinking coffee and playing games. Rob considers George like a brother, he was the best man at George's wedding, & their friendship has remained close with Rob continuing to visit Chico to stay connected.

Monika and I have been conquering the world together since middle school. She is my closest and longest friend, someone who has stood by me through my best and worst times. Her love, loyalty and endless support has helped me become the person I am today. I literally owe her my life! She will always tell it like it is and never apologize for it. One of the many traits we both share.

Rob and Alex (Chap) became friends when they became teammates at College of Marin, and have been good friends ever since. They have shared many moments on the basketball court, many good times on the weekends, and many Perry's deli sandwiches. Chap has always been a good friend to Rob, and their friendship has been strong for over 15 years!
Brianna Perkins

Brianna's love for adventure, bright spirit, and friendly, loving nature are just a few things that influenced me to get to know her more. She is by far, the most positive and optimistic person I know, which really helps my sarcastic and cynical side. I remember meeting Brianna and having an instant connection. Our love for yoga, healing and spirituality are just a few things we have in common. I can always count on her ability to ground me, keep me centered, and make me laugh.

Andy is Rob's longest friend of the group. They spent their high school years as teammates on the basketball court, and partners in crime on the weekends, their right hand and left hand man respectively. Their friendship includes years of fun times, laughs, and jump-shots. While life gets busy and they don't hang out as much these days, it's one of those friendships where no matter how much time goes by, the love and respect is as strong as day one, they can pick up where they left off and will always have each other's backs.

Leanne and I met through mutual friends and had an instant connection. Not only did Leanne share my love for hyphy music, but she also was as upfront and honest as me. With Leanne, there was no guessing involved in our friendship. Her loyalty, sense of humor, and caring nature are just a few reasons why I love this girl so much! Leanne is the life of the party, I know I can always count on her to get down to some Mac Dre and I'm hoping her turtle suit will make an appearance at our wedding!
Brandon Johnson

Rob and Brandon began their friendship on the basketball court and were teammates in high school. Over the years, their friendship developed with lots of fun times on the weekends beyond just the court. When Rob became a coach at their former high school Brandon was quick to join him as his assistant, coaching together for 6 awesome years including two Varsity seasons at Novato. Rob will forever be grateful for Brandon's loyalty and help coaching those years, they made a great team!
Alyssa Sontag

Alyssa and I initially started hanging out due to having mutual friends. After getting to know each other more, we soon bonded over our love for animals and being in nature. I have never met a more kinder, thoughtful and sweet-natured person than Alyssa. She has the uncanny ability to put other's first, and always has her loved ones best interests in mind. Alyssa has the biggest heart and never hesitates to offer a helping hand. Whenever I'm in need of a pick me up, or extra love, I always turn to Lyss!
Pete Johnson

Rob and Pete have been friends since high school, beginning with Rob being such close friends with Pete's brother Andy, but then quickly forming a friendship of their own. They had many fun times in high school and college, playing basketball and hanging out on the weekends. Since then, their friendship has grown and they have bonded over similar hobbies such as fantasy basketball, board games, and TV shows. Pete has also been a loyal assistant coach to Rob for five seasons!
Corey Simpson

Corey became one of Rob's best friends in Chico, and has always been a strong part of his support system and a great friend who has always shown he cares. Rob has a lot of very funny friends, and Corey is near the top of the list. They are both teachers, and so they share that passion for impacting young people. Corey is one of those friends that is more like family, and Rob and Veronica have enjoyed visiting Corey and spending time with him and his two daughters in Chico over the years.
