What is the dress code?

The dress code is formal. Think suits and ties, midi or floor-length dresses — and don’t forget a layer for the cool fall mountain evening!

Will the ceremony and reception be in the same place?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony, reception and after party will be held at Bear Creek Mountain Resort, so you can relax and enjoy the entire celebration in one beautiful location.

When should I book my room?

Answer

Please book your room as soon as possible, but no later than September 18, 2026, to take advantage of our room block rate.

Is there parking at Bear Creek?

Answer

Yes — plenty of complimentary parking is available at the resort. On Sunday, there will be a shuttle running between Bear Creek Mountain Resort and Homewood Suites in Allentown for guests staying there.

Can I bring a plus-one or my children?

Answer

Only guests listed by name on your formal invitation are invited. While we love your little ones (and your partners!), we kindly ask that you honor this policy.
