A fairytale-like beginning: Matthew and Veronica met in 2017 while working at Disney World in Orlando, Florida. What started out as friendship quickly grew stronger and by 2019 they had moved on from The Mouse and into their first apartment, where together they rode out The Pandemic of 2020… And 2021... Over the years, they chased individual goals and dreams, fervently supporting each other along the way. Matthew’s dream career led them to move to Towson, Maryland in the summer of 2022. Shortly after settling in, Veronica’s dream led her all the way to Tokyo, Japan for a year. After 12 months of static-ridden FaceTime calls scheduled over a 13 hour time difference, Veronica returned to Maryland and to Matthew in April of 2023. The couple took a celebratory reunion vacation to Scotland and Ireland in May, where Matthew waited until the very last day to finally pop the question on The Cliffs of Moher. As soon as they returned home they set off on house hunting and wedding planning, because why conquer only one major life event when you can do two at once? They closed on their first home in June and are now so excited to focus on celebrating their love story with the ones they care about most. That’s you!
