Our ceremony and reception will take place at Stonover Farm (169 Under Mountain Rd, Lenox, MA 01240) from 4:00pm – 11:00pm. The afterparty will be from 11:00pm-1:00am.
The ceremony begins promptly at 4:30pm. Please plan to arrive by 4:15pm the latest so you don’t miss a moment!
Shuttles will pick up guests from our three hotels around 3:30pm and bring everyone to the venue. Return shuttles will run at 11:30pm, 12:15am, and 1:05am.
Rideshares and taxis are hard to find in the Berkshires, and cell service at the venue is spotty. We recommend using the bus whenever possible.
Yes, there is limited parking at Stonover Farm for those who wish to drive themselves.
We’d love to include everyone, but we can only accommodate those listed on your invitation. If a guest or plus-one was included, it will be addressed on your invite.
We love your little ones! While a few children will be present, we kindly ask that you only bring children if they were included on your invitation.
A farm-to-table family-style dinner, cocktail hour with passed hors d’oeuvres and a grazing station, plus late-night bites, desserts, and fire pits for s’mores (and smoky kielbasa!).
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors on grass and gravel - plan shoes accordingly (heel protectors will be provided). The reception and after-party will take place inside a beautiful 100-year-old barn.
