Do I have a plus one?

Answer

If you have a plus one it will clearly be marked on your invite. Please note we have set guest space and have limited plus ones to married couples and long term couples we know both members of.

The final RSVP date is December 31st, 2024

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is "Bolo Tie & Boots". Please feel free to wear your formal attire, suits for men & long dresses for ladies, with or without the addition of your favorite cowboy boots and hat. We do ask that no hats be worn in the church and all guests be respectful of our church venue when choosing their attire.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids of direct family members are welcome. While we love all our friend’s children, we are limited by space.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking at both ceremony and reception.

When should I book my hotel?

Answer

As soon as you can! February 15th weekend is Valentine’s Day and a long weekend in our Ski city so lodgings will book up as people make plans.

What if the hotel block is full?

Answer

As long as there is hotel availability, we can extend the block. Please reach out to us directly if you encounter this issue.
