The total cost per room is $1,300, which covers airport transfers, local transportation, daily breakfast and dinner (excluding the departure day), and staff gratuities.

Can I book my own place or do I need to stay at the villa?

We’ve arranged a private villa for all wedding guests and kindly ask that everyone stay on-site. It means so much to us to share this time together and makes coordinating events a breeze!

When do I need to pay for my stay at the villa?

Answer

To confirm your spot at the villa, full payment will be due by March 11, 2026. Thank you for helping us finalize arrangements ahead of time — we can’t wait to celebrate together in paradise!

What documents do I need to enter Costa Rica?

Answer

To enter Costa Rica, you'll need a passport that remains valid for at least six additional months beyond your planned travel dates. If you intend to rent a vehicle during your stay, be sure to bring your driver's license as well.

March is one of the hottest months in Jaco, with temperatures frequently reaching the low 90s°F. The clear skies and warm weather make it a popular time for beach activities, although the higher temperatures and low humidity can make it feel quite hot.

Tropical Chic Embrace the vibrant spirit of Costa Rica! We kindly ask our guests to wear bright, tropical colors — think coral, turquoise, sunshine yellow, ocean blue, and lush green. Light fabrics and breezy styles are encouraged. Shorts and flip flops are welcomed as well. Pack swim wear as there are multiple pools and beaches nearby.

For our wedding guests traveling to San Jose, we recommend Adobe Rental Cars. They have consistently provided reliable service and a positive rental experience. We've found them to be a dependable choice for transportation during your stay. Also a 4x4 is recommended.
