We met while out with friends. Veronica was celebrating her birthday with some of her camp buddies and she saw James with a handful of beers that she thought he was going to drop so she asked if she could help him...and the rest was history!

We decided to go on a camping trip in Pennsylvania to try out a new campground in the Spring to see if the kids would enjoy staying there during the summer. It was our first time camping together in our camper we lovingly call Tiny Tot so he took the opportunity to get down on one knee. The original plan was for us to go on a horse drawn carriage ride but when that didn't work out, he proposed in the next best place...the camper!

When we found out our original wedding plan had to be cancelled due to world events, we didn't hesitate to find somewhere closer to home for our special day. The plus side is more of our family and friends will be able to join us!
