Flight
You can fly into the Rapid City Regional Airport (~30 min drive to venue), or fly into the Denver International Airport (~6 hour drive to Rapid City; good choice for more inexpensive and flexible flight options). We recommend getting a rental car, especially if you want to explore the amazing attractions near Rapid City, SD. There will be plenty of parking available at the venue site.
House Or Rental
Pine Haven Campground has 30 brand-new, comfortable, clean cabins and 30 full hook-up RV sites that are walking distance from the venue! The cabins sleep 2-6 and feature either a single king bed or double queens, as well as a children’s loft with a full bed. You’ll feel right at home with complete bathrooms, kitchenettes, air conditioning/heat, streaming services, and WiFi. Due to the holiday weekend, a two night minimum is required to stay in the campground. We recommend you book as soon as possible as these cabins are open for the public to reserve as well.
Travel Note
If the cabins don't work for you or are all booked up, there are lots of great Airbnbs and inexpensive hotels near the venue in Rapid City, SD. We recommend places near or along I-90, mainly on the east side of Rapid City but no farther than Box Elder. We do not recommend places located in the north side of Rapid City in between E-Hwy 44 and I-90.
