DAY BREAKDOWN: TO THE WEDDING: Buses will leave the hotel at 9:15 AM to arrive at the venue. Coffee and pastries will be served before the ceremony. SIESTA: There will be buses to the hotel departing at 3:00 and 4:00 (if you need time at the hotel before returning for the dance party we recommend taking the 3:00 bus) DANCE PARTY: Bus for the dance party leaves at 4:45! Buses will be available to take back to the hotel at 8:00, 9:00, and 10:30 FULL SCHEDULE: Buses from Hotel to Venue: - 9:15 AM (to arrive for breakfast before the wedding) - 4:45 PM (to arrive a little before the dance party begins) Buses from Venue to Hotel: - 3 PM (after the reception) - 8 PM (partway into the dance party) - 9 PM (towards the end of the dance party) - 10:30 PM (when the dance party ends)
