NOTE: In addition to all restaurant guests required to wearing a mask inside when they are not actively eating or drinking, all guests who want to dine or drink at Flores need to show proof of vaccination + photo ID. The following are acceptable as proof of Full Vaccination, along with a photo ID: (i) the actual CDC vaccination card, which includes name of person vaccinated, type of vaccine provided, and date last dose administered, or similar documentation issued by another foreign governmental jurisdiction, (ii) a photo of the vaccination card as a separate document, or a photo of the vaccination card stored on a phone or electronic device, (iii) a QR Digital Code of your COVID-19 Vaccine Record
