When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by September 30th, 2023.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 4:15pm as it will take a few minutes to walk from the parking lot to the Yew Garden.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal. Weather permitting we will be outdoors, so bring layers! The ceremony will take place in the Yew Garden on grass, while the cocktail hour and reception will be on pavement.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We wish we could celebrate with everyone we love, but unfortunately we are only allowed a limited number of guests at the venue. Unless the invitation you received specified that you are allowed a plus one, please do not bring a date.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We are looking forward to having our guests relax and enjoy an evening of celebration—our wedding will be an adult-only occasion. We politely request no children at this private, intimate event.

I have a food allergy or dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

Vegan and vegetarian options will be available on the buffet and do not need to be specially requested. If you have a food allergy, please let the bride or groom know as soon as possible and they will work with the caterer to ensure there is a safe option for you.

I'm staying at a hotel - is transportation provided?

Answer

If you are staying at the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel & Conference Center, yes! There will be a 24-seat shuttle bus running between the hotel and the venue. There will be 2 pre-ceremony hotel pickups at 3:15pm and 3:45pm, and there will be return trips throughout the reception. The final shuttle return trip will be at the end of the reception, 10pm.

Yes! There is a large parking lot at the venue.
