We're so excited to celebrate with you! Due to space and planning constraints, we’re only able to accommodate the number of guests listed on your invitation. We hope you understand and can’t wait to see you on our special day!
We absolutely love your little ones! However, we're keeping our celebration an adults-only event, with the exception of the children in the wedding party. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Dress to impress! Our wedding is formal/black tie optional, so suits and ties for the guys, and elegant dresses or chic formalwear for the ladies.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the ceremony, which starts at 1:30 PM. If you can’t make it to the church in time, please wait in the church gathering space until the entire wedding party and the bride has made the way down the aisle.
We kindly ask that you RSVP before November 15th, so we can plan for your attendance! We can't wait to celebrate with you!

-There is a large parking lot at the church. -Parking for the Reception will be located at the parking lot below Hotel Bethlehem. If you are a guest staying at the hotel, you can park in the main hotel parking lot. All other wedding guests will be directed to the lower parking lot by the Hotel Bethlehem concierge. A shuttle will take you from the parking lot up to the hotel. **Please note: there is no shuttle service to and from any hotel. The only shuttle is taking guests from the Hotel Bethlehem parking lot to the entrance of the hotel. If you plan on drinking and are not staying at the hotel or in walking distance, please arrange a designated driver or an uber.
The ceremony will begin at 1:30. We ask that guests please arrive at the church & be seated by 1:15. If arriving after 1:15, we ask that you please wait outside or in the back of the church until the full wedding party and the bride has made it down the aisle. The cocktail hour will begin at 5:00.
