What time should guests arrive at the Ceremony?

Please arrive by 12:30 pm. The wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 1:00 pm.

What is the dress code and wedding colors?
Answer
The dress code is winter formal. The Wedding colors are dusty blue, light blue, and ivory.

Are there any pre-wedding or post-wedding events?
Answer
There will be a welcome reception for all guests available Saturday evening. Date: Saturday, January 11th, 2025 Time: 6 pm EST Location: Best Western Premier I-95 Savannah Airport/ Pooler West 103 San Dr, Pooler, GA 31322 Attire: This event is casual. Please come as you are to enjoy some fun, family, and delicious Southern food.

No. Plus ones are by invitation only which have already been confirmed and are now closed.

Ceremony: Please follow the signs to the cafeteria parking lot and walk to the Whitefield Chapel. Reception: Please park in the main parking lot of the Savannah Quarters Country Club.

There will be a buffet.

Yes, but it is credit card only.

What happens between the ceremony and reception?
Answer
Following the ceremony, guests can take in the scenic beauty of the historic Bethesda Campus. Afterward, they can return to their hotels for a brief break before traveling to the reception at The Savannah Quarters Country Club which begins at 4 pm.

Yes, there will be a dedicated children’s room with a professional nanny who will lead engaging and fun activities for the kids.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
Yes, pictures or videos are welcome but please have your phone on silent and do not block other guests or the photographer. The Aisle must be clear throughout the ceremony.
