The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will all take place outdoors, on a grass surface. We will have a tent and dance floor set up.
We ask that men wear a suit or dress shirt with a tie and women wear a dress or classy jumpsuit. Ladies, wear shoes appropriate for a grass surface.
Due to limited space, we kindly request only those listed on the invitation attend the wedding.
There will be a bus service to bring guests from the hotel to the venue, and back. Please ensure you indicate whether or not you will need bus service when you RSVP. If you are planning on driving, there will be parking available at the venue. Follow the signs upon arrival.
If you are driving to the venue, please arrive no later than 4:15pm. The ceremony will begin at 5:00pm.
We will have a buffet-style spread catered by Mission BBQ.
There will be a selection of beer, wine, mixed drinks, water, and sweet tea. We will have a tip jar available at the bar for anyone who'd like to show their appreciation to our bartenders.
