What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving around 4:45 PM to give yourself plenty of time to park, get settled, and find your seat before the ceremony begins. This will help us start right on time and ensure you don’t miss a moment of the fun!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Our celebration will be semi-formal with a cheerful, outdoor feel—think bright colors, florals, and festive summer style. We’d love to see fun patterns and vibrant tones that match the joy of the day. Men can wear light-colored suits or dressy separates. Most importantly, wear something you feel great in and ready to dance the night away!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! Please make sure to include any food allergies or dietary restrictions in your RSVP so we can plan accordingly and make sure there’s something delicious for everyone to enjoy.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony parking at Anchor is an uneven gravel lot, so you may want to drop off guests at the front before parking. The reception parking at the Tuscaloosa River Market is spacious and easy to access. We recommend leaving cars at the River Market and carpooling to the ceremony to make things simple for everyone.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We kindly ask that you only bring a guest if your invitation specifically includes one. We wish we could celebrate with everyone, but space is limited—and we’re so excited to share this day with each of you who received an invitation!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes—children are welcome as long as they’re closely supervised throughout the evening. We won’t have childcare available, and while we absolutely love all your little ones, we want everyone (including you!) to be able to relax and enjoy the night without worry.
